Here is how you make Bread Spread:

1. Combine butter, onion, peppers, cheese, mayo, and garlic.Spread on 1/4 thick french bread and broil until cheese bubbles. Bread is not included in nutrition content because I like mine on multigrain bread from Wal-Mart. You can spread about 20 slices depending how thick or thin you spread. You can make these ahead and freeze them. Works well with monterey jack cheese and you can sprinkle parm cheese on top before broiling.
