How Do I Make Mama J's Cheese Fondue?

Here is how you make Mama J's Cheese Fondue:

Mix cheese with flour, coating well. In a fondue pot heat beer not quite to boiling. Stirring constantly, add cheese a little at a time. Over medium heat stir until smooth. Stir in mustard, Worcestershire, cayenne and salt. Continue to stir until well blended. Serve with celery, ham, sausages, bread cubes, apple or any blanched vegetable or precooked shrimp.
