Dumplings: Combine eggs, flour, salt & pepper. A soft dough should form (but it won't be like bread dough). Boil broth and drop dumplings in by the 1/4 to 1/2 tsp into the boiling broth. Dumplings will rise to the service when they are cooked through. Reduce heat to medium.
