2 lbs ground beef browned and drained (rinse optional)
1 c onion chopped
1 c green/red/or yellow pepper chopped
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes-fire roasted are good
1 14.5 oz can dark red kidney beans
1 14.5 oz can light red kidney beans
1 14.5 oz can black beans
1 14.5 oz can chili beans
1 pkg Wick Fowlers 2 alarm chili mix (or any other favorite)
Water to fill pot to 4 quarts
Salt and pepper to taste
Jalapeno's to taste optional

Here is how you make Kikoblue's Chili:

Brown and drain ground beef (I rinse mine in very hot water to remove as much fat as possible). Beef may be returned to skillet and saute peppers and onions if desired. Place beef, peppers, onions, beans, tomatoes, chili seasoning kit into crock pot; add enough water to make 4 quarts. Cook low at least 4 hours; less time high. Salt and pepper to taste. Jalapenos may be added during cooking time but due to our kids I keep a jar of pickled peppers so everyone can add what they want to season. Serving Size:?Makes 16 1 cup servings
