2 small cans of tomato sauce
4 cans of rotel tomatos (I used mild this time because it was all they had)
2 cans of italian style tomatoes (diced or stewed)
1 can of bushs chili starter beans, mild
1 large can of bushs chili beans, mild
1 large can of dark red kidney beans
1 lb (roll) hot sausage
1 lb lean ground beef
1 packet of mccormick hot chili seasoning

Here is how you make Lori's Chili:

Makes aprox 16, 1 cup servingsYou can either put this on the stove top to eat immediately, or put it in the crock pot on low all day.Cook ground beef and sausage, drain grease and put in final destination (stock or crock pot)Add canned ingredients to meat, and stir.Stir in seasoning.Let simmer on the stove top for 30 minutes, or put in the crock pot to cook all day.
