Here is how you make Uncle Bob's Chili:

In a large pan, add olive oil, diced onion and ground turkey. Cook turkey until done. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat for several hours or until mixture thickens. Add Chili powder and cumin to taste, if necessary. Add black pepper as desired.
