Add onion and pepper, saute until soft. Add in corn, zucchini, potato, thyme, and papriki. Cook another 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour over and stir, cooking for 2 minutes. Slowly add in broth, stirring. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened. Add half and half, reduce heat and simmer until pototoes are tender.
