4 cups Low sodium organic chicken broth
8 ounces little red potatoes, diced
1 medium sweet onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 ounces (3 slices) Organic Canadian Bacon, diced
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1 cup half and half cream
1 tbsp parsley


How Do I Make Oyster Chowder?

Here is how you make Oyster Chowder:

Heat up olive oil in soup stock pan. Add onions and saute for 5-10 minutes or until soft. Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken broth and diced potatoes. Cover and simmer until potatoes are soft (about 10 minutes). Add diced canadian bacon, oysters, nectar of oysters, worcestershire sauce, and Bragg's. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add half and half.
