How Do I Make Vicky's Guacamole?

Here is how you make Vicky's Guacamole:

1. Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avacado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl.2. Using a potato masher or fork, mash the avocado. Add the red onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro, chili powder and mix well.3. Cut lime in half and squeeze juice over guacamole. (Putting the lime in a microwave for 30 seconds will help soften the lime)4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.5. Cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole to prevent oxidation from the air reaching it. Refrigerate until ready.6.
