Makes 2 large servingsNOTE: Adding ingredients in this order will prevent avocadoes from browning.Dice tomato and onion and toss into a large bowl.Add garlic, crushed with a press or diced very small.Add cilantro, chopped fine.Add cumin (start with 1 tsp).Squeeze in juice of one lime.Add avocadoes, and stir mixture together.Taste at this point and adjust to your own liking. I like this tangy, so I add more lime juice. The cumin should balance the tangy flavours and add a slight rich undertone to the guacamole.
