Here is how you make Asian Style Edamame Hummus:

Cook edamame according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In food processor, combine cooled edamame, avocado, lime juice, and 1/2 the olive oil. Pulse until ground. Then add soy sauce, wasabi, and the rest of the olive oil and blend until smooth (it takes awhile to achieve the smooth consistency of traditional hummus.) Add more soy sauce or wasabi according to taste, if you'd like, and refrigerate. Makes 6 1/4 cup servings.
