Measure out milk, add vinegar (I usually just put a glug out of the bottle), let it sit for a minute. Beat eggs. Add all other ingredients, milk and flour last. Cook on a hot griddle. Turn over when you see the bubbles in the batter, cook another 30 seconds on the 2nd side. Makes enough for my family of 4, but my kids don't eat a lot!
