1 cup 2% milk
12 oz. can of fat free evaporated milk
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilis
1/4 cup cornstarch

Here is how you make Potato Corn Chowder w Ham:

Simmer onion, bell pepper, and diced potatoes in chicken stock until tender. Add the corn, ham, salt and cayeene and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Mix the cornstarch and 2% milk together. Turn up heat on soup pot til mixture bubbles. Slowly pour milk/cornstarch mixture into pot to thicken slightly. Add green chilies and evaporated milk and simmer slightly more.
