Bring 2 C water to boil, add in Quinoa and turn down heat. Once Quinoa is cooked (water is almost fully absorbed) remove from heat and allow to cool.If using dried Garbanzo beans (Chick Peas) put into pressure cooker and cook until soft.In bowl combine all of salad ingredients: Quinoa, Chick Peas, Chopped Onion, Quartered/Sliced cucumber, Grape Tomatoes (halved), and Feta Cheese.In separate bowl: Mix Dressing ingredients together.
