Here is how you make Easy Portabella Mushroom Salad:

Heat fry pan to medium, add Olive OilSlice mushrooms in 1/2 inch thickness and add to panCook until browned and softenedWhile cooking, mix Basil, Cilantro, Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, Soya Sauce and Lemon Juice in a bowl. Chop tomatoes and add to bowl with the liquid.Remove mushrooms from pan once browned and softened and chop into cubesAdd mushrooms to herb and sauce mix and stir well. You can serve this immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container in the fridge for a week.
