6oz shrimp, peeled, raw
1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp ground mustard powder
1/4 tsp salt
1.5 tsp lemon juice

Here is how you make Avacado Shrimp Salad:

Saute in 1tbsp EVOO the garlic and onion till soft, set aside. Saute shrimp in the other tbsp EVOO until done. Dice the avacados and combine with can of Rotel. In separate bowl, combine the vinegars, mustard powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir then combine with the avacado mixture.Cut shrimp into smaller pieces and add shrimp and onions into avacado mixture.
