Here is how you make John's Fresh Veggie and Lime Salad:

chop/tear lettuce, thinly slice chicken and veggies - add spices, EVOO and the juice and pulp from 1/2 fresh lime and toss all in a large bowl. This is a lot of salad for one serving but it fills me up with low calories/carbs - or you can eat half now and half later to go for the "more smaller meals" concept...The lime juice, EVOO, ground pepper and Mrs. Dash is a refreshing, low cal alternative to bottled low cal dressings - after squeesing and pulping I throw the lime rind into my ice water for some extra flavor.Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JOHNGERDING.
