How Do I Make Sausage Shrimp Gumbo?

Here is how you make Sausage Shrimp Gumbo:

Cut sausage into bite size pieces, heat a dutch oven with tbs of oil and brown sausage. Remove and retain one Tbs of drippings. Add 2 more Tbs of oil and heat and slowly add flour stirring until brown. Add Celery, Green Pepper, onion and stir to coat with flour mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Slowly add chicken broth stirring whole time add okra, seasonings, sausage, and water or beer. Bring to a simmer and cover on low heat for 15 min.
