In pot, sautee asparagus and leeks in olive oil over medium heat until leeks are softened.Add minced garlic and sautee for 1 min.Add stock, dill and nutmeg and bring to a simmer for 10 -12 minutes. Puree in pot (or in batches in blender) and add reserved asparagus tips, heating until tips are bright green.
