2 chicken boulion cubes

2 oz Ham, extra lean chopped
2 cups Fat free half and half

Place chopped broccoli and spinach in large pot. Add water, black pepper, garlic and onion powders. Heat to boiling, then simmer until broccoli is very soft.Remove from the heat and blend carefully with an emersion blender to desired consistency. Alternately, blend small amounts in blender...be careful blending hot liquids. Return the pan with the mixture to a med heat. Add chopped ham and half & half. Heat a few minutes.
