Here is how you make Ghana light soup:

Chop 1.5 onions finely and add to large pot with washed drumsticks. Add bouillon and salt. Add water just to cover chicken and put on medium heat for about 20 min or till chicken is cooked. Place other veggies in put with some water and boil till skin of tomatoes are falling off. Blend the veggies till very smooth and add to the chicken and stock pot.
