1 celery
1/2 medium yellow onion
3 Roma Tomatoes
10 cups vegetable broth

How Do I Make Grandma Soup?

Here is how you make Grandma Soup:

In a large pan (4 quart) chop and saute all vegetables except for the potato. When nice and caramelized, add the pork and beans and vegetable broth. Peel the potato and add to the soup. Bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and let simmer. Keep testing the potato to see if it cooked. It will break apart easily About 45 min. to an hour.Add in the elbow macaroni. Usually takes 7 min. or so for the pasta to cook. Serve in bowls. Top with croutons, parsley, and Parmesan Cheese.
