Here is how you make Immunity Soup:

heat oil and add onion, celery, and carrots, stirring occasionally about 5 mins, add mushrooms and 10 cloves garlic, stirring, 3 minutes, add stock, 3 sprigs thyme, 2 bay leaves and chickpeas, bring to a simmer.Add split chicken breast, and red pepper flakes, cover and simmer about 25 mins till chicken is done. Remove chicken, shred, and stir it back in with kale, stemmed and torn. Simmer till kale is tender.
