1 15oz can light red kidney beans, drained/rinsed
1 15 oz can organic cannellini beans, drained/rinsed

Here is how you make Iron Soup:

Heat oil over medium heat in large pot. Saute onions for 2 minutes.Add Chicken and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in broth and bring to a boil.Add spinach and let simmer for 2 minutes.
