Here is how you make Sadie's Soup:

Chop carrots, celery and onion. Heat on the stove top in a large pot with olive oil and minced garlic for 10 minutes (or until veggies are soft)Add cans of beans, tomaotes, chicken broth and water, continue heating until it comes to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 10-15 minutes (or until shells are cooked through)Remove from heat and let cool. Be sure to stir occasionally while cooking.Makes 12 servings. Once completely cooled, this recipe becomes quite thick (almost like a stew).
