Put all ingredients in pot and bring to boil. Simmer until veggies are tender. Strain veggies, reserve broth. Discard bay leavesPour 1/4 cub broth in blender or food processor; add a small batch of veggies, filling container no more than 1/3/of the way. Puree a few seconds, then carefully lift lid to let steam escape; continue in this manner until desire consistency is achieved. Divide puree among 7 storage containers, about 1 heaping cup each.Cover and refrigerate or freeze containers.
