Here is how you make Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup:

Sautee the mushrooms in the olive oil. Make a roux from the butter and flour. Gradually add milk over med to high heat stirring constantly, should remain solid. Gradually add mushroom broth over med to high heat, stirring constantly. It will be VERY thick at the start, but will thin out as more broth is added. Mix in the sauteed mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste. I like to remove it from the heat but let it sit for about 10 minutes in the pot to thicken uo a bit more.
