1 BLENDER to Puree
1 pot for cooking the cauliflower
1 pot 4 quart or more to combine ingredients

This soup makes (4) 1- cup servingsFirst you cut the cauliflower into pieces and place into a pot with cold water. You want to make sure that you use the stems they are just as important as the main part. The pot should be big enough to boil the cauliflower. Bring it to a boil, lower the heat to medium. Boil until soft.Combine the can of beets and the ICBbutter in the blender and blend until pureed- Place in the new pot.Once the cauliflower is cooked drain the water a put in the blender add the broth and Puree.
