Here is how you make Peanut Soup:

Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the chilli powder and cook for 1 minute. Add the bell peppers, carrots, potatoes and celery. Stir and cook for 4 minutes. Add the broth, then peanut butter and corn. Stir well and season. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are done.
