2 lbs conch (cut in bite size pieces)
2 cups Okra cut in chunks preferrably
1/2 cup onion chopped in big chunks
1/2 cup green peppers cut in strips
1 cup flour white
1 tbsp Parkay, light stick margarine
1 cup Red Ripe tomatoes chopped
3 tbsp salt (can use less season to taste)
1 tbsp Black pepper
1 tsp Thyme, ground
12 cups water

Here is how you make Conch Soup:

In a large pot add cooked conch (cut in pieces and cook in crock pot for 4 hours), 10 cups of water, butter and condiments, bring to boil. In the meantime, take cup of flour and put in pan and put in oven at 400 and leave until brown approx 10-15 mins. While flour is browning, chop vegetables and add to pot. After flour is brown add the remaining 2 cups of water to flour and stir, use strainer and add flour mixture to soup. Cook until conch and vegetables are tender.
