1.5 tbs minced garlic- jarred in water
3/4c ham from bone- chopped finely
3 tsp Tastefully Simple Spinach and Herb Dip Mix
1 tbs Celery Salt
1 tbs ground black pepper
1 tbs butter
1c 2% milk
1/4c Corn Starch

In skillet, melt butter. Add Garlic, onion and celery. Add Celery Salt, black pepper, and spinach and herb mix. Saute until onion and celery are transparent. Set Aside.In crock pot, mix water and chicken bouillon until dissolved. Add potatoes, celery mixture, and ham.Cook on high for 4-5 hrs or on low for 8-10 hrs.***15-20 min before serving- remove 3 cups of potatoes from soup and mash in mixer or food processor. Return mashed potatoes to crock put.-combine corn starch and milk until well blended. Whisk into crock pot until evenly disbursed. -Turn crock pot on warm, and enjoy!
