4 leeks, greens removed, bottoms sliced thin
3.5 cups fat free milk

Here is how you make Peterson Leek and Potato Soup:

Peel potatoes. Cut in 1/2 inch squares and place in bottom of big soup pot. Cut greens from leeks, slice white portion thin and add to pot. Add 3.5 cups of milk. Simmer on stove . Do not let it come to boil! Simmer for 30 mintues or until the potatoes fall apart when pushed with a fork.If you like thick soup, place the soup into a blender.
