Here is how you make Shari's Potato Soup:

In Soup pan brown onion flakes (or use chopped onion) and butter on med heat. Add Salt, pepper, and flour. Add parsley, celery, potatoes (potatoes should be cut up) and water. Cover and cook over edium heat until potatoes are tender. Add Chicken bouillon and bacon any time during cooking. Add milk - heat through and serve.
