Halve Squash & Pumpkin, remove seeds.Mix honey & melted butter & brush onto cut sides of squash & pumpkin. Roast at 400 for an hour. Let cool & remove pulp.Saute onion in a bit of butter in large stock pot. Add pulp & broth, bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes.Process in small batches in food processor until smooth.Return to pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook until heated through.
