Chop veggies, add oil to small soup pot. Once oil is warm add all veggies execpt corn. Mix in all seasonings, including bullion cubes. Keep mixing everything in the bottom of the pot, make sure nothing sticks. Add water when onions are clear. Next add corn. Lastly add beef brats. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiled, reduce to medium. Soup is done when potatoes are soft. This is a main meal soup. Not as an appetizer, it is very hardy.
