32 oz vegetable stock
tsp dried basil
4 bay leaves
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp sea salt
pinch black pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
grated parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Vegetarian Sausage and Kale soup:

In deep frying pan or dutch oven heat 1 tbsp oil on medium high heat. Saute onions and garlic 4 minutes or until they start to get clear. Add carrots, celery, pepper and saute 5 more minutes. If starting to stick add more olive oil to pan. Add chopped veggie sausage and kale and tomato. Heat for another 10 minutes. While heating add salt, pepper. cayenne pepper basil and oregano or any other of your favorite spices.
