This has become my go-to meal when I want to lose a few pounds. Depending on the size of bowl you have, it only has about 125 calories per serving, and its SUPER filling. I can't believe something so good for me is soooo freaking tasty! I can literally eat this for every meal for weeks without getting sick of it! Trust me, I've done it. And it was so painless, and actually kind of nice to have to worry about what to make to for dinner (and breakfast, and lunch) every night.
