How Do I Make Beth's Vegetable Soup?

Here is how you make Beth's Vegetable Soup:

Add 3 bags of frozen vegetables,packet of onion soup mix and 1 box of beef broth to a large pot on Medium heat. Trim extra fat off of the steak and cut into small pieces. Drop steak into pot of boiling broth, and reduce to a simmer. After the meat is cooked, add in an additional 1/4 - 1/2 of broth and 1 cup of tomato juice. Add spices to taste and let simmer until you are ready to serve.
