Add all veggies, juice and chicken broth to crock pot and start to cook on low. mean while you can brown beef in a skillet or do like I do and cook in a steamer basket in another slow cooker with a small amount of water, steaming the beef, seasoned with garlic. Once the beef is done add to the vegetables and allow to simmer for a total of 4 hours in larger crock pot.
