Here is how you make Vegetable Squash Soup:

In a deep frying pan,cook two strips of turkey bacon. Remove bacon strips and add onion, celery, parsnips and carrots to pan. Add rosemary, thyme (both finely chopped). Sweat vegetables, then deglaze pan with white wine. Add broth and bring to a rolling boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Place contents of pan into a blender or food processor and blend until vegetables are finely chopped.Pour blender contents into a large soup pot, add cayenne pepper and squash. Cook for 10 minutes.
