Here is how you make Creamy Extra Veggie Tomato Soup:

Over low-medium heat, add olive oil, celery, onions and salt to 4 qt pan or stock pot. Saute for 15-20 mins. or until onions are translucent. Add the tomatoes, condensed tomato soup, chicken broth and herbs and spices. Mix well. Bring just to boil and remove from heat. Blend if you prefer a smoother soup. Just before serving, once the soup in individual bowls, pour 1 tbsp of Fat free half and half into center of each.
