Stir around pan for around 3 minutes or until onions are clear. While this is cooking, blend cans of tomatoes in your blender and add to slow cooker. Then add the other ingredients in your slow cooker (this can also be done in a pot on the stove). Add cooked carrots and onions. Set your cooker on slow-6 hours.
