Here is how you make Low-Cal Veggie-Onion Soup:

Measure out 1 cup mixed veggies while still frozen, and heat in microwave-safe bowl for 2-3 mins with 1 tbsp water. Occassionally stir veggies and check to see when they heat through all the way since each microwave is different. Boil 1 cup water and add 1 tbsp onion soup mix to boiled water and stir untill dissolved. If your soup mix contains onion pieces, make sure you don't get a spoonful of the soup powder itself and not just the plain dried onion that's usually on the top. Add cooked veggies to broth and add herbs to taste [i used cracked pepper, dried basic, and dried oregano. if you use salt, watch out for sodium content since the soup mix itself has salt in it].
