Occassionally stir veggies and check to see when they heat through all the way since each microwave is different. Boil 1 cup water and add 1 tbsp onion soup mix to boiled water and stir untill dissolved. If your soup mix contains onion pieces, make sure you don't get a spoonful of the soup powder itself and not just the plain dried onion that's usually on the top. Add cooked veggies to broth and add herbs to taste [i used cracked pepper, dried basic, and dried oregano. if you use salt, watch out for sodium content since the soup mix itself has salt in it]. Makes 1 serving, but you can always multiply the recipe to make it for more people.
