Here is how you make Very Veggie Soup:

Dice one zucchini, 2 large celery stalks, and 1 cup of multicolored bell peppers. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and stir fry all veggies in a nonstick skillet until tender. While they are cooking, heat 4 cups chicken or beef broth in the microwave and add 1 cup shredded carrots. Add 3 Tbs. cooked, drained ground beef to the veggies along with 1 tsp. turmeric.
