This is a modification of a recipe my friend Chris gave to me. Her version used more sour cream, but I believe this variation gives the creaminess this sort of dip should have, but without being overwhelmed by the sour cream taste. Using a knife, cut up the artichokes into more bite-sized pieces. Add in all of the other ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly by hand until everything is evenly distributed. Place mixture into a oven-safe dish and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until all of the cheeses are melted and the dip is hot. Serve immediately, or refrigerate and serve cold. It's good either way!
