Thaw spinach. Place in food processor. Saute garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil until cooked and some is just beginning to turn golden. Add to food processor with remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Serve with raw veggies or crunchy bread products (toasted bagel chips, bread sticks, thick pretzels).
