Greek Plain Nonfat yogurt 1 1/2 cup
Light Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 1/2 cup
Italian Four Cheese Blend, 0.5 cup
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Pepper, black 1 tsp
Artichoke Hearts 14 oz Marinated
1/4 cup of marinade from artichoke hearts
Fresh Spinach 4 cups
Chicken Broth, Low Sodium 1/4 cup
Garlic, Minced 1 tbsp


How Do I Make Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip?

Here is how you make Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray saute pan with Pam and on med-high heat add chicken broth, minced garlic and fresh spinach. When spinach has wilted take off heat and set aside. In large bowl mix together with hand mixer the cream cheese, greek yogurt, mayonnaise, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, italian four cheese blend, marinade from artichoke hearts, garlic and onion powder and pepper. Once you have this blended well then add in the artichoke hearts and wilted spinach.Spray casserole dish with Pam and spread the dip evenly into dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake in center of oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. (can bake in 6 individual cups for serving)
