Put margaine and diced potatoes in a 2 qt covered dish and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Add green peppers and onions, cook 6 minutes. Stir in corn, tuna, mushrooms and milk, cook 8-10 min. In separate bowl combine cheese, pepper and corn starch.
