This is a spin-off of the chili my mom makes! I turned it healthy by subbing turkey for beef and tried to reduce the sodium a bit. Took this to a TOPS holiday potluck and it was a hit!If you are still concerned about the sodium content, I recommend finding low sodium salsa or omitting the taco seasoning packet all together.
