Mix all ingredients together and enjoy! I calculated 5 Tbsp of chopped parsley and 3 Tbsp each of chopped chives and fresh dill weed, but this would be up to personal taste. Would also be nice with more garlic or mustard, depending on personal preference. You can use plain nonfat yogurt instead of the Greek yogurt, but you would need to strain it to get the same thick and creamy consistency.
